Every year I look for something different for our annual Holiday Concert, something out of the ordinary, not just a re-hash of the same 5 or 6 Christmas carols. This year we found it. Our community band read through “Three Christmas Pictures” and the immediate response was quite positive. Everyone loved both the musical challenges presented and the fact all three pieces were “Christmasy” but still original. I’m looking forward to our audience’s reaction in December and purchasing additional titles in the future.
When I enquired about the possibility of a treble clef baritone part, it was immediately emailed to me at no cost, so that I didn’t have to copy off a part! That is the kind of service that I appreciate.
